Terms of Service

AIPRA helps researchers and teams conduct systematic literature reviews—from research question formulation through search, screening, extraction, evidence synthesis, and manuscript drafting. Features vary by subscription tier. See our pricing page for current plans.

AIPRA uses artificial intelligence to assist with parts of the workflow. AI outputs are suggestions only. You remain responsible for verifying methods, results, and any publication or clinical use of your work.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@highyieldmed.org if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use AIPRA.

Free. The Free tier includes unlimited projects, unlimited collaborators, and core workflow tools at no charge.

Premium. Premium is currently offered at $49 and includes premium AI across the workflow, advanced protocols, and priority performance. Premium access may be granted through a manual upgrade request while self-service billing is being rolled out.

Institutional. Faculty-wide or organization-wide access is available under separate agreement. Contact us for pricing and terms.

We may change pricing or features with reasonable notice. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance unless you cancel before the change takes effect.

You agree not to:

• Use AIPRA for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable research ethics rules
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our systems
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform except as permitted by law
• Upload content you do not have the right to use or that infringes others' rights
• Misrepresent AI-assisted output as human-only work where disclosure is required

You retain ownership of research data, project materials, and other content you submit (“User Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display User Content solely to operate and improve AIPRA, including providing AI-assisted features on Premium accounts.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit User Content and to invite collaborators to your projects.

AIPRA, its software, branding, documentation, and e-book content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as described here.

AIPRA is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular research or regulatory outcome. AIPRA is a research tool, not medical, legal, or regulatory advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, publications, funding, or goodwill arising from your use of AIPRA. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you use the Free tier.

You may stop using AIPRA at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
